Awful

No parking anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is deceiving being in a nice area. The walls are paper thin. The rent is way over what it should be and goes up every year as much as possible. And they leave fake reviews. This place is junk can’t wait to leave

2 bedroom only has one carport assigned

Their San Luis 2 bedroom, 2 bath only gives you one car parking spot according to the leasing dept. You literally have to fight to get a parking spot that's not assigned. Can be a nightmare!

They don't care about the residents and do not try to resolve issues

We found out that the asphalt around are building was being repaved tomorrow. The notice said we could not walk or drive on the asphalt tomorrow from 7:30 am to 6 pm. We have no way to get in or out since we are surrounded so I went to the office to find out what my wife was supposed to do to get my son to and from school when we have a newborn. Rochelle from the office said she did not have the answer, so I asked to have her call someone to answer this question. She said that everyone had... already left and that they can not answer my call. I asked for her to take my contact info so she can get the answer and have them call me. She said that she would not take my contact info and that I just had to wait until 9 am to get my Questions answered even though the work would start at 7:30 am so this would be to late. I asked for the afterhours Maintenance number and she said she could not give it to me! I’m a resident yet I can’t have the after-hour phone number!!! She refused to help and said she was calling security because she was done talking to me. I called the after-hour phone number and the Maintenance Manager said the same thing that all questions had to be answered after 9 am! So I don’t know how to get in and out of my building but this is not a problem they need to consider or resolve I just need to live with and plan accordingly. I have a 3-month-old baby and I have no information how am I supposed to plan accordingly! What am I supposed to do hit the stores from 7 am to 6 pm with a new born because I can’t get in or out of my building?

If you don’t you are ok with your concerns not being answered then this is the place for you!

Beautiful but Expensive

My apartment looks and lives exactly like a house, with all the comforts, amenities, and perks anyone could ask for, but the rent goes up a hundred bucks every year making it impossible to stay.

First apartment in California EVER

Moved here from Virginia,and so glad that I moved to this specific complex, not being familiar with the area. Leasing agent Brittany has always been very helpful and personable,as well as the maintenance manager.Heated pool always feels great with plenty lounge chairs,tables, grills,as well as outdoor bathrooms. Jacuzzi tub is perfect temperature and fits large groups.Shopping center walking distance as well as multiple grade schools and open space for hiking.Upgraded apartments,perfect amount... of space with optional garage.Very quiet area,family oriented,affordable and clean.
