Convenient walk-in slate shower in the downstairs bathroom with a window that allows the fresh Ojai and Ventura to air waft through. Head upstairs through the French doors that open up to the main bedroom and bathroom. Gorgeous bathroom with its’ walk-in shower or take a relaxing soak in the deep bathtub. The house doesn't offer air conditioning, just open the doors for the air to run through the house, we've just never seemed to need it in the 15 years we've called it home. Also, there is heating downstairs but the upstairs you'll find a plug-in heater for the occasional cool summer night.
