Great apartment and convenient!

As a person who has seen a variety of apartments this is one of my favorites due to the convenience to so many places! Lots of restaurants and close to all the fun in downtown OLD Arvada. Spacious apartments and management always there to help!!
I highly recommend especially before the summer! The pool is amazing!!

Don't waste your money!

Don't expect to get your refundable deposits back! They won't make a record of it so that they don't have to pay you! I paid $300 ($150 refundable and $150 not) per cat for two cats and they're arguing that I only paid the non refundable bit since there is "no record" of me paying the refundable $150. Not just that, but that there is no record of my second cat even though they were CHARGING me for it! They still owe me $300!

Plus this place is WAY overpriced. NOT worth it! Wish I could give...
ZERO STARS!

I moved out in August and it is now December and they have yet to resolve this issue after we brought them proof of our payment. This place is absolute TRASH. Don't live here, you will seriously regret it. As others have mentioned, it constantly smells like cigarette smoke, the lawn is littered with poop and toys and really just looks horrendous, the apartments are old and you better hope you don't have an upstairs neighbor because you will hear EVERYTHING, and the staff is unhelpful: they messed up my rent multiple times, they messed up my maintenance requests (I needed the bathroom sink fixed and they fixed the ceiling???). Overall this place is the worst place I've ever lived and had the displeasure of dealing with. Don't waste your money!

Terrible to hear this. We now strive Under a new Property Management Company. If you apply with deposit to hold - credit gets declined- your deposit will be sent in for refund immediately. Please keep in mind Colorado Tenant/Landlord right allow... up to 60 days with proper notification.

Not worth the outrageous price/new ownership is dissapointing

Current resident and I will be looking elsewhere ASAP! This place was personal and caring about its residents.....until they sold and are now under new ownership. They have increased their prices by a minimum of 3-400 dollars (not including utilities), apartments are small and outdated and not even worth the price they were before! The laundry facilities are a joke....filthy,expensive,eats your money and are usually out of service....tiny with only 2 sets per 12 apartments!! Not to mention... they are on the top floor.

Make sure you have a savings back up, because if you fall on hard times you will find NO understanding here. They will make NO payment plan or give any extension whatsoever. Even only a few days. Rent is due the 1st, you get a notice and late fee the 3rd, you get a court order judgement on the 6th ( with an extra 300 or more tacked on for lawyers fees). Dosent matter if you have children, if you lost your job......NO EXCEPTIONS!! This has factually happened repeatedly to handfuls of residents since this new ownership.

Not the safest area. Already had a kid hit by a car in the parking lot, motorcycle stolen.....

Appliances are cheap and small, asbestos walls and celings........

So dissapointed, make sure and talk to residents before you move here. Do not take managements word.

Our team strives for the best when it comes to our residents yet we do aim to be transparent in regard to any and all... charges and fees. And, while we are sorry to hear about your displeasure with our pricing, we believe it fairly reflects our offerings and also falls in line with the market. When management changes hands, it can result in a rocky transition, but we are dedicated to make it as smooth as possible and would love to have a second chance to improve upon your opinion. Please give us a call or stop by the office so we may better address your concerns in person.

The Flats at Creekside Park- 1 bedroom

I have lived in these apartments for 2 years. Overall, the apartment is nice, new appliances, and a really nice property. Sits next to a bike path and a park/playground (great place for kids, they all play with each other, bus stops right by the park as well). Super convient when it comes to location, close to i70 and i76. The woman that runs matience is great, friendly, and always responds quickly when something needs to be fixed.
The negative would be the lack of patio's (just a Juliet...
balcony), management constantly changing (I think 4-5 times in the last 2 years; there's always a new person running things). Has a gym and a pool, but the pool is always crawling with kids unless you go super early. There are traintracks next to the property, but the noise is minimal. As a couple, the one bedroom is a little small. There is not a lot of closet space, so the place can feel a bit crowded.
With the pros and the con's, I have been very happy here. We will probably stay here until we buy our first house.

Flats at Creekside Park

Right in the Heart of Old Towne Aravad this complex is tucked away and has an excellent staff. They have met my every need! My neighbors are quiet and resoectful and I absolutely love it here! Good square footage, and new clean upgrades!
