Talus Flats Apartamentos

I've been here since July and have loved every minute. The property is very well maintained. The cleaning woman, I'm sorry, I don't know her name, is so pleasant and makes everything smell so good!
My apartment is beautiful...just love it!
Also, management is wonderful...

Office staff is wonderful! The rest is a dissapointment. Loud apartments without any helpful amenities. Apartments are not cleaned for move in.

I was in Houston and I did everything online with the help from Raven. I only seen pics that are posted on the website. But after several issues Raven stayed positive and helped me get through everything. Once I got here she had not lied about anything. My apartment was clean and so was the overall complex.

A very nice, safe residence in which to live with a friendly and helpful staff.

The building is small, half the people here have untrained, off leashed dogs and screaming children. There’s garbage and dog poop everywhere. The random times they clean up the landscaping it always look like a group of kids did it. There are spilled drinks and sticky substances all over the floors and in the elevators on a weekly basis. The folks that live here are not considerate of other people at all. The recycling is always overflowing with trash and the trash area always has random objects... everywhere. Maintenance doesn’t fix anything. The leasing staff might be “nice” but they do nothing to improve this community. Valet trash is a joke, half the time they come late and often times they only do part of the building. Residents leave there trash out all day and night and the hallways smell horrible. The stairwells are never cleaned. Don’t let the photos online fool you, they made it look nice for one day, it never looks like that. The amenities are little to nothing. There’s a small gym and a hot tub right in front of a residents window. Folks speed down the street and it feels very unsafe to cross the street to the walking trails. Don’t even get me started on the smoking inside and outside of the building and the hundreds of cigarette butts outside. The only nice thing about living here it’s that it’s so close to a really nice trail system. Lee mas
