Basic Garden Apartments - Nothing Special
My husband and I enjoyed our time here but ultimately chose not to renew our 12 month lease for a few reasons. Everything about this apartment complex is just "fine". There's really nothing special about this place, aside from the pool, but even that is fairly small. We lived in a two bedroom apartment and you can tell it's time to renovate. The walls, trim, and finishes all have the landlord special and the appliances really need to be updated. Our dishwasher often doesn't drain completely and... the last time we put in a ticket for it, the maintenance guy said to just keep calling which isn't a solution. Our air conditioners work well, but can be super musty. The additional storage is in the basement of each building is really only the equivalent of a 10×10 shed and you can't fit anything big down there as the hallway down into it is super narrow. Property management has crews out here all the time so if you're worried about privacy or have reactive pets, that's something to consider. Lastly, we always felt like we needed documentation of every conversation with the leasing office. The folks that manage this place don't come off as the most genuine and we were constantly worried they were going to screw us over somehow. When the rent was raised significantly at the time to renew, my husband and I chose to rent in the next town over because we felt we could get more for our money (and we're pretty sure we succeeded).

Regarding the dishwasher issue, our maintenance team did respond to your service requests on 10/2/23 and 11/1/23, and found... it functioning properly at the time. We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage you to keep reporting any persisting issues.
