Stood Up
Made an appointment and got stood up. Didnt even get a chance to see the apartment. Tried calling multiple times and left a message but nothing changed.

Not recommended.
Pros: spacious room, rent (maybe), transportation.
Cons:
1. management: poor management. They did not get my apartment ready on time. If you move from other states, stay away from here.
2. noise. poor sound insulation from inside and outside. If you don't have good sleep due to the noise, stay away from here.
3. Utility: the heating/hot water is included. BUT, you will have almost twice a Month without hot water/heating during the winter. Sometimes it can last for one week. They never try to... fix it permanently (although they said they are trying their best). If you cannot bear the winter without heating and hot water, stay away from here.
4. Unstable heating: the inside temperature in the winter can be 65-80 F. The temperature controller is just a decoration.
5. Super hot in the summer.
Overall, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!
