Brooksyde Apartments

I’m a relocation consultant and I have placed many clients here who love it . They are well maintained older apartments.. price is great and location is walkable to blue back square which everyone loves.

Scheduled an appointment to tour and the leasing office was a no show. Leasing office was closed despite the office hours being posted 9am-5pm

Such a greedy real estate corporation. Their Google picture shows a pool...there’s absolutely no pool or talk of one. The windows don’t stay up, they refuse to buy more recycling bins, no heat in winter, cracks in the walls. They increased rent $300 for a 1 Bed.

Brooksyde is a cozy, beautiful apartment with a location to die for! You’re a 7 minute walk from West Hartford Center but tucked away enough where it’s quiet. Christina is a delight to work with and made my move in process easy and fun. The maintenance staff is super speedy and friendly, as well. Can’t say enough about this beautiful property.

I loved living here when I first moved in 2018, and now I am soooo happy I left. This may be the worst management company to exist. They do not answer your calls and emails in a timely manner, if at all. No issues are ever resolved. When maintenance came to my apartment to fix something they were extremely rude and unhelpful. I could go on about the issues this place has, but management alone was probably the main reason I left. Very disappointing considering the location is ideal.
