Douglas Terrace Apartamentos

Frequent marijuana smoke in the building and other bad smells, with garbage frequently in the hallways. Mail delivery is horrible with mail in the wrong boxes or not delivered, once for over 1 1/2 months! The management is unresponsive. Our kitchen faucet exploded one day and flooded the kitchen. Maintenance replaced the faucet and sent a dehumidifier for a week... that's it. Tiles are cracking and there is a mildew smell in the walls and wood... for three months and counting. Garbage... facilities are disgusting with rats now out during the daytime outside of the building and a noticeable increase in cockroaches and other insects inside the building. This is probably the worst building I have ever lived in, I could continue listing complaints for this hole. Overall, CRG Management is an amateur operation as is their subcontracted maintenance company Fix It. The previous management did an ok job, but the current one has been running this place down for almost a year. Lee mas
