Terrible management! Don't live here. A/C was broken for weeks with no help
A/C was broken for weeks! I made multiple maintenance requests about A/C being broken and every time I was assured it was fixed. However it was never fixed. After about 4 attempts I was told to simply "close the blinds to keep the sun out". Only after multiple maintenance requests after being told "your a/c isn't broken just close the blinds" was the third party manufacture finally contacted. After they finally confirmed my A/C was broken they said they had to order a part when I am currently... waiting for. If this had been done weeks ago my A/C would be fixed by now. This entire time I'm sleeping with my bedroom at 78 degrees F. Then I asked if I could be provided with portable A/C unit while I wait. I want to emphasize that I ASKED FOR THE PORTABLE AS OPPOSED TO MANAGEMENT OFFERING IT. Then the portable A/C unit I received was broken.
Weeks later I still have no A/C and no portable unit because the broken one is the only one available.
