The staff have been great and are very professional! There are 2 issues though, one since the hurricanes, the key fobs will not work correctly on several doors. The request has been put in to have this fixed but the company who handles this has not fixed the issue. This is ridiculous for the type of luxury living that people are paying for. Doors not opening can be a big inconvenience. In addition, if you purchase Millennial renters' insurance, you have to purchase through a 3rd party... called Lease Track. When applying, the Building #'s and the Unit #'s do not correspond correctly. Pick your correct Unit # then call Millennial and tell them your Exact Building with your Unit. Otherwise they will have listed the incorrect Building and you may not officially be covered. My opinion is a renter should not have to deal with these internal issues. These issues should have been corrected.
