Deron is awesome
Dryers have been out of order for a week at the main laundry room. I had issues last Friday and attempted to do laundry this Friday, as Fridays is my laundry day. Out of order signs would be great to let residents know so they don’t load their laundry in the dryers, wait 52 minutes to go back and find their clothes soak and wet just to go to the other laundry room. I know it’s just $1.75 but it’s also my time and now I have to wait another 52 minutes. Deron to the rescue, he loaded my laundry on... his golf cart, drove me to the other laundry room and put codes in so I didn’t have to spend more money on pay range to dry what should’ve already been dry! Hats off to this young man! Customer service at its best! For management it takes maybe a whole 5 minutes to post a sign that dryers aren’t working. Help your residents out as I had plans to be somewhere at a certain time and felt stressed that another hour was added on!
