Madison at Roosevelt

Dryers have been out of order for a week at the main laundry room. I had issues last Friday and attempted to do laundry this Friday, as Fridays is my laundry day. Out of order signs would be great to let residents know so they don’t load their laundry in the dryers, wait 52 minutes to go back and find their clothes soak and wet just to go to the other laundry room. I know it’s just $1.75 but it’s also my time and now I have to wait another 52 minutes. Deron to the rescue, he loaded my laundry on... his golf cart, drove me to the other laundry room and put codes in so I didn’t have to spend more money on pay range to dry what should’ve already been dry! Hats off to this young man! Customer service at its best! For management it takes maybe a whole 5 minutes to post a sign that dryers aren’t working. Help your residents out as I had plans to be somewhere at a certain time and felt stressed that another hour was added on! Lee mas

I’ve had such a great experience with the maintenance team here, especially Deron. Anytime I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded quickly and handled the issue with professionalism and care. Not only are the repairs done right, but Deron also takes the time to explain what was fixed and makes sure everything is working before leaving. They are always friendly, respectful, and truly go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable. Maintenance is quick and resourceful especially Deron. Deron is so helpful and friendly; talking about random questions regarding the apartments and they are very knowledgeable with everything. They made me feel right at home :)

Maintenance is amazing when it comes to needing anything done they are always fast and efficient anytime a maintenance request is put in. Deron is the best at what he does.

Very well built apartments. You cannot hear banging or knocking from neighbors. Very quite place. Maintenence does their best to make sure all needs are attended to. Big thank you to Deron K. He's always on point if anything were to go wrong!
