Not worth it
Lived here for many years and dealt with typical rent increases and nearly once a month staff coming in. Always last minute notifications of when they will be coming in and expect you to be there with your pet, take them out, or secure them. Kind of difficult if you actually work and can’t be home. Also offer a renewal 5 months early, say you have 15 days to decide, then after 5 days they say they are rescinding it and you can’t renew at all for no reason and “policy says they can’t tell you the... reason”.
