I knew I should have never submitted an application when they never answer their phone. My gut told me to look elsewhere but I didn’t. After days of calling for information, they finally answered the phone and I went ahead and submitted an application. I waited a week and started calling them again. After two weeks of calling and not answering the phone, I never received an answer about my application. I had to move forward on obtaining a place to stay since I was relocating. Customer service... lacked greatly. They were rude and never had the correct information for me. I was told I was approved but then she thought I was someone else and after looking in the system was told my application had not been ran. After additional callbacks, no answer was given and they stop answering the phone. Why are you taking peoples money and not running their application. Train your staff and follow through on processing applications on time. It should not take a month, or more, to process an application. I went to another apartment and got an answer within 24 hrs, deposit and all fess paid the following day and lease signed. That’s how it should be with great customer service. I will be calling corporate to get my money back since they never followed through with my application or their process.
