Abysmal Experience
When I moved in over a year ago, staff were somewhat responsive. Now, it takes up to and over a week to get someone out. At one point, my A/C was out for four days. No one answers the emergency maintenance line. If you have an issue over the weekend, expect no response whatsoever. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if the apartments weren't so outdated underneath their glossy surface.
