New management, new good thing to come.
I have lived in the St Croix Apartment for 11 years and recently had problems with my air conditioning. I am a person of almost70 years , with health problems and the idea of spending a long time without airconditioning was something worrisome. Thank God it wasnot for long time since a few days the office provided me with two portables airs while the necessary part arrived. I foundoutthat we have a New Management,which I liked, well, that lets me know that things are going for better. I do... nothave car, but it is not a problem for me because I have public transport, in addition, I have shops, supermarkets, restaurants so close that I can walk. I appreciate that the new maintenance is committed to doing a good job.

New management. Great property
I am a resident of St Croix apartments since last 6 months. I was disappointed with the standard of maintenance of the old management, but to my good luck the old owners sold this property to new owners, PEAK LIVING in September 2020. Within 2 months the new management resolved all my maintenance issues. They bring new security company, which effectively curbed the drug activity at property. Monica the community manager is an amazing woman, with outstanding abilities to bring positives changes... to a property which earned a bad name due to drug and maintenance issues. I am grateful to peak Living for providing us such wonderful team of managers. Now this property is one of the best property in Lauderdale Lakes. Thanks
