Cortland South Kendall Apartamentos

Llevo 6 meses viviendo en Cortland South Kendall con mi familia, y no podríamos estar más contentos. Desde el primer día nos sentimos realmente bienvenidos. El equipo es increíble: siempre atentos, amables y con una disposición que hace la diferencia. Cada vez que hemos necesitado algo, la respuesta ha sido rápida y efectiva.

Las instalaciones están siempre en excelente estado, los espacios comunes son modernos, limpios y muy seguros. Para nosotros, que tenemos un bebé de casi dos años, ha sido... el lugar ideal: tranquilo, cómodo y con un ambiente muy familiar.

Realmente se nota el cuidado y la dedicación que ponen en todo. Si estás buscando un lugar donde vivir en el área de Kendall, con excelente servicio y un entorno agradable, no puedo recomendar Cortland South Kendall lo suficiente. ¡Ha sido una decisión que volveríamos a tomar sin dudar! Lee mas

I came to visit family and friends and stopped by the leasing office for directions. The staff was very nice and helpful stood up to greet me and pointed me in the right direction. My wife and I will definitely consider this community for our next place to call home.

I have a great experience Carlos Palma helped me tremendously, Very friendly, Professional and always available! I had a small issue in the apartment and Carlos and the maintenance team resolved my issue sooner than expected. Very happy, love this place, feels like a resort

I moved to Cortland South Kendall in 2023 and moved out in 2024 and the experience was at times. Once I moved in, then I quickly realized a few problems with this place and how unwelcoming the leasing agents became. There is very little if not any signal to your phone anywhere inside the. The "Fire Alarm Ennunciator" outside of my apartment door which was basically the fire alarm box for the building beeped every 3 seconds without mercy, usually following a thunderstorm. After calling the... service technicians multiple times and personally showing up to the leasing office (the leasing office agent (Stephanie? I believe) rudely informed me the office was closed), I was told that this issue had "already been reported" and that the "alarm center will be coming to fix it", particularly as it is an issue external from Cortland South Kendall and can only be resolved by the alarm company. This beeping continued THE ENTIRE NIGHT and the entire FOLLOWING DAY AND NIGHT that can be heard as clear as day from my apartment and through headphones. There was no urgency to fix this issue and the leasing office agent informed me that they would most likely come to fix it on the following Monday (several days later). This was an ongoing issue several times throughout the year and always required several days for it to be somehow deactivated and was a sound that could be heard through the walls and in the bedroom. Keep in mind, I begged the leasing office several times to resolve it, including the manager who told me it was not possible to shut off as it was a fire safety alert. I ultimately reached out to the company that manages the alert and they were of no help either.

The most CONCERNING issue I had was when I called the emergency 24/7 line which they have FALSELY ADVERTISED SEVERAL TIMES because this routes to a call center in the Philippines and the operator routes messages to the leasing office, who was closed on a Sunday and therefore no maintenance request was dispatched to fix it as the emergency line operator is in another country. Therefore, if it was TRULY an emergency unlike my situation and it unfortunately occurred on a Sunday, it would require calling an emergency service to come at MY OWN COST.

For prospective families and tenants coming to tour this apartment complex or sign a new lease, I highly urge you to reconsider because the management team has been extremely unhelpful in resolving any issues. Lee mas
