If you are looking for an apartment complex that will actually care about your state of living by providing the best service at any time needed and by actively keeping you up-to-date with any upcoming events ahead of time…please do yourself the favor check out Cortland South of Kendall!

No other apartment in Miami, in my opinion, will feel more like home than Cortland South!

Excellent place

We just moved to Miami not to long ago with my husband and had a great experience moving in here. The front desk are always nice and understanding. Also, the place is beautiful and close by a lot of restaurants and the zoo.

Cortland is Amazing!

My wife and I moved here a few months ago and the experience has been great. Danielle in the office has been amazing in helping us with any and everything. They’re always quick with responses and keep us up to date with community events. The apartment feels same for me and my growing family and I’m thankful to be living here.
