Waterview Apartamentos

I moved to this condo two days ago ( January 19 ), from the start i had problems with the gate and getting to my apartment, i have a magnetic card to open up the gate but it can only be activated during friday, withing a very short of time during the day. I came tonight from work ( January 21 ) , parked my car outside and I went to talk to the security . He said he could open up for me. After I got to the gate with my car he said that he already spoke with someone who was going to the same... number, I tried explain him how it was me the same person and we just spoke less than a minute ago, he clearly was paying more attention to the show he was watching on tv than my face. A minute after i finally made it to my room , the same security came knocking at my door treating me like a delinquent saying that my car did not had a sticker to park at my only own parking spot, i went down the stairs so i could show him how my car indeed did had a sticker right on the windshield. It is been a lot of struggles just to get here and this place isn't cheap, they should use some of that money to train better their personal or pay them better. These are great apartments for any couple that's just starting off. The master bedroom is a great large space, with a spacious walk-in closet and beautiful large bathroom. The second bedroom works well as an office space or small nursery.

This 2/2 apartment is a place worth living with a family, it is very spacious and very well design as each bathroom is very close to its own room. The rooms and bathroom are extremely spacious and work great without any problems. Outside there is a nice balcony with a view of the Miami sky and lights. In the condominium is a nice pool that welcomes anybody and super cleaned and maintain with beautiful beach chairs and tables that welcomes the families and children. There is also a nicely built... playground for the kids to use up their energy and play. The security guards there is very well trained and they care very much for the peoples safety and maintenance of the place. Also the community is filled with very friendly people who greet you with a big smile. This is basically the place to raise your children and live peacefully with a family. Lee mas
