do not rent here
have had issues since day one. They will close out work orders and never show up to do the repairs. Had a leak in the tub that by the time they fixed it there was black mold in our bathroom. I had to supply fans to dry out the area after they fixed it. The paint in the bath tubs are peeling. Had no lights in our kitchen for almost a month. Multiple leaks under multiple sinks. Dryer which we pay extra for has been broke for almost 3 weeks and still not fixed. Office will not respond to... emails or calls have to go to the office in person to geta response which is we will get to it. Other than that its ok
