Rundown, poor management
The management here is less than extraordinary. I just moved in and I’m the only reason it happened. I called every day for an update because there was 0 communication from the community. Not only that, they don’t answer their phone. It took calling them 10+ times a day to get an answer from something other than the voicemail. The buildings are run down and not kept up with. The apartment smells like smoke and there’s broken tiles in the kitchen. Overall, for what I’m paying, it’s disappointing.... They have a coupon for a free pizza when moving in so that’s nice.
