Every week there are notices on the doors on trash & recycling pick-up days. The lease doesn't permit garbage to be stored in backyard nor in front of premise, yet management states for trash to be stored in backyard while sending in drones hovering over your backyard fence to record your trash bin and any other item stored there to write a notice and post it on the front door. Original unit presented has outside storage from the first construction. If you occupy a newer unit, they do not... provide this needed outside storage they initially promised your unit would have. Upon move in and lacking the trash bin, you are written up for not having a trash bin to discard trash and boxes. Trash is to be brought to the front of the unit for the city to pick-up. This is problematic if you have employment. By not being home on trash days, you are subject to a $75.00 fine imposed by management for the bin still being there post pick up which is during the hours tenants are working.

Rent payments: You need to use their site to make payments for the rent. Part of the tenants cannot properly setup an online tenant portal due to software issues that are independent of management, yet are what they chose for tenants to use. You cannot pay rent by means of cashier check or money order based on notices posted on the doors mid August.

Don't rush to move here without reading a copy of the lease with a lawyer and having your unit completely built for a preliminary walk-through before agreeing to accept the offer.

I was told mine was exactly like the one I was displayed and given a flat rate rent amount. Just before move in, I was given along lease filled with snuck in extra charges and fees that weren't originally discussed. And to add to the frustration, the neighbors who moved in prior to my occupancy had german roach infestation which now plagues our new construction and is becoming a new problem for me and my longterm enjoyment of a pest free lifestyle.

This post is for those who take these things serious and want to know about this particular renting situation.
