Very disappointed
My family moved into the Linx just under one year ago. We loved the property, the updated apartment was beautiful, and the amenities (so we thought) were fantastic. Being from out of state, we needed to make a decision and decided to call the linx home.
From day one we were promised by the leasing agent Maria that the laundry facility on site would be “finished soon” so not to worry about purchasing our own set for our unit. We though we would save a few extra hundred bucks and take her word... for it. Here we are almost 12 months later an no facility is open. The renovated apartments may look nice, but materials are cheap, appliances stopped working, counter tops are not level and paint is peeling. Our balcony has been broken since day 1 and no one has come to fix it. They said when we moved in they didn’t fix the damage because they were coming to paint/ renovate the balcony soon. No one has come. Even after multiple emails to management. Not to mention ROACHES. EVERYWHERE. We have tried every remady to remove the bugs but nothing works. Talking with neighbors, they are having the same issues with bugs. No matter how clean we keep the kitchen, they are always present. It’s disgusting. We spoke with Maria many times about these issues but no results. So we stopped trying. We gave up.
Lastly, we just received an email to renew lease. This is the beat joke of all. Rent is raising over $400 for nothing! No changes to the apartment. How is this justified??
Since living here my car has been broken into and items stolen, dog poop everywhere and the outside smells of animal urin. I do not recommend anyone live here.
