Now that it’s not the retreat it’s awful
Loved living here when it was the Retreat but since changing management we’ve only had bad experiences. Loud landscaping at 7 am, maintenance/work crews entering our apartment with less than 24 hours notice, it took them a month to set up our new portal to pay rent online (after giving us 3 days notice that December’s rent would need to be paid by check) and the portal still doesn’t work properly resulting in nasty notes and emails from management. We also were locked out of some amenities over... the holidays without warning. Definitely feels like they want us to leave so they can charge an even more exorbitant amount for rent.

Thank you for your review. It is always our priority to provide excellent customer service, if we have fallen short I offer my sincere apologies.
The landscape crew start working between 8:00AM and 8:30AM. The maintenance supervisor and I are at... work when they arrive, to explain anything that needs addressing that particular week. If you are hearing landscaping in the future at 7:00AM please let me know so that I can address it with the Home Owner Association.
The new company who purchased the community are an excellent company. As I am sure you can appreciate, things take a little while to be put in to place, like the portal. It was up and running as soon as possible.
The amenities were not closed over the holiday, this may have been an issue with your fob.
When we enter your apartment a notice is either posted on your door, the resident portal or you have requested a service for repair.
