Terrible management. Takes them weeks and months to respond to maintenance issues. Absolutely no customer service. Strongly recommend against renting at this place.

Do not live here! Management is horrible and impossible to get in contact with. Two weeks before move in the forced us to sign a new lease that increased our fees. We couldn't find a new place with that short of notice so we had to sign and move in. We moved into a filthy apartment with garbage and furniture everywhere and it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I told management, they tried to gaslight me and tell me there was no smell. They told us that we would have a renovated unit with stainless... steel appliances, that was not true. Half of the appliances don't work, and when they finally replaced the stove it was a used/dirty stove. There are cockroaches and ants everywhere. We had to clean the carpet ourselves because it was STICKY from cigarette tar. Even after a thorough cleaning the carpet remains dirty. We have been here for over a month and still do not have a working key for the mailbox. If I could give negative stars I would. Management is constantly promising that they will fix things but it never happens. Every tenant I have spoken to has had a similar or worse experience. Lee mas

Poor and extremely rude management. Office never open. No one ever answers phone. Extremely poor maintenance. Multiple water leaks, mildew, AC doesn’t work, stove broken, dryer didn’t work. Apartment wasn’t ready on scheduled move-in date. Pool always dirty, never opened. Absolutely nothing good to say about this place.

This place is such a disaster. It’s nasty. Nothing is repaired in a timely manner. AC never works, multiple water leaks, mildew, poor maintenance and poor management.

We signed a lease with an August move in date. Three days after the move in date we are still unable to move in due to work they are performing at the property. Management will not answer the phone and we have tried over 50 times including leaving messages. We have had to hunt down the property manager to try and get answers but they have none as to when our unit will be ready for move in. As students, we have all our belongings with us and waiting now for three days to move in with no where... to stay but local friends. We can't even get a number of someone higher than the local property manager to contact about the situation. DON'T RENT HERE. Lee mas
