I’ve lived at Broadstone Pullman for almost four years. The apartments are modern and beautiful. The maintenance staff is top notch! Anytime I had an issue they responded promptly, professionally and resolved the issue immediately. Mellissia in the leasing office is AMAZING!! The few times I had to call with an issue Mellissia handled it! She’s warm, friendly and goes the extra mile. It’s rare to find people so helpful in the leasing office after move-in. Building and amenities are nice, however the best is the folks working here. Mel is incredible, always goes the extra mile, and is a breath of fresh air!

I think they’re flooding the reviews with fake positives because talking to other residents here, people are moving out left and right. Not many people seem to stay here long. The apartment is decent. The hallways and elevators seem very outdated. The hallway carpets smell like mildew most days and if it isn’t strong enough the other funky smells will do the trick. The walls being super thin is really the cherry on top for me. Very heavy footsteps are heard all throughout the day and you can... even hear people closing drawers in their kitchen or bathroom from your room. Wont be returning Lee mas
