Good community, neighbors are very nice. I enjoy my apartment here and it's in a quiet area in Kirkwood. Amenities (gym, outdoor spaces, dog area) are pretty standard. I would say this is one of the quieter apartment complexes in Atlanta.

I've been living here for about a month now and have no complaints. The unit is beautiful and updated, the leasing office is kind and helpful, and the community is quiet and well-kept.

Very nice community and the units are really nice to live in. The parking could be a bit better as it’s an open lot and spaces fill up fast.

The few move-in hiccups were completely resolved and overshadowed by the incredibly nice staff here at Broadstone Pullman. Mellissa and Sam have been so helpful and have already made this place feel like home!
