My first week here was a bit bumpy, not terrible though. The staff is very polite and respectful. The bump I had was I moved from out of state and I didn't know my new apartment was going to be adjacent to a community space that was under remodeling. Being I work from home, it would had been important for me to know this, in advance, in which case I would have chosen a different apartment. However, the staff is kind and polite. So, I am very confident that they along with the property management... company will work something out for me, soon, so I can feel more ease and peace of mind. I am waiting and hope to have the matter resolved soon, so I can swap apartments before the Thanksgiving holiday so I can enjoy my holiday without any additional stress. Jared in particular stood out to me because his politeness made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared about. So, a very special thank you to Jared.

I have been living in this apartment for sometime and I couldn’t be happier. The community is friendly, and management is always quick to address any concerns. The gym is well-maintained, and the pool is a great place to relax.

DO NOT APPLY HERE. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS

I applied here and they did not approve me which is not the issue. Everything happens for a reason. My issue is that they took the deposit from me upfront at the time the application was turned in. They don't accept it any other way and come to find out most places do not take a deposit until move in they just take the application fee. I didn't know that moving from Florida it's different. After they denied our application they told us we would receive a check in the mail for the deposit in 2... weeks. It has now been over a month no check. They told me a check was ready today, I confirmed with them their hours of operation, I left work early to be there a half an hour before closing, and all of the doors are locked and the office is closed. My next step is to call my attorney to simply get my $225 back. Which is not a lot of money but honestly I don't care if it was $5 they owed me it is the principal and this is a business that does bad business and has no integrity. So I warn anyone applying here to beware of bad business.
