My first week here was a bit bumpy, not terrible though. The staff is very polite and respectful. The bump I had was I moved from out of state and I didn't know my new apartment was going to be adjacent to a community space that was under remodeling. Being I work from home, it would had been important for me to know this, in advance, in which case I would have chosen a different apartment. However, the staff is kind and polite. So, I am very confident that they along with the property management... company will work something out for me, soon, so I can feel more ease and peace of mind. I am waiting and hope to have the matter resolved soon, so I can swap apartments before the Thanksgiving holiday so I can enjoy my holiday without any additional stress. Jared in particular stood out to me because his politeness made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared about. So, a very special thank you to Jared.
