Clover Apartments

Overall, Clover is a 7.5/10. This complex being a gated community was one of the main reasons we chose this location. However, the gates are always broken. The times where all 3 front gates work at the same time are scarce.
The community is beautiful though and the people have been nice for as long as we’ve been here. The front office tried their best, I will give them that. I’ve seen the property change hands once or twice and each time the front office has done what they can with the little... help they have. The maintenance team and overall system of handling maintenance request can be better but not horrible enough to make your leave. I enjoy living here and hope they can fix the small issues they have. This is truly a great community to live in. From day one, the staff has been welcoming and consistently goes above and beyond when concerns come up, making sure residents feel heard and satisfied. That level of care makes a real difference.

One area of opportunity for growth would be the maintenance team. Adding more staff could help close tickets faster, which would reduce resident frustration and limit the number of complaints that have to be escalated to the office. Faster turnaround times... would elevate an already solid resident experience.

Overall, I genuinely appreciate how safe this property feels. The management clearly prioritizes security—especially with the gates being consistently maintained—which gives residents peace of mind. If you’re looking for a friendly community within walking distance to The Battery and its shops, this is definitely a great location to consider. Lee mas

The place is comfortable, and the area is quiet. Staff are very courteous, and you can get the service you need done in full once you have the attendants.

Great community and great staff. I would recommend this place to my friends. The front office staff is very understanding and easy to work with.

Pretty good so far. Quick response from maintenance on an urgent matter. I thought the floors would be better at muffling noise. Some minor maintenance issues.
