We regret to learn that your experience has missed the mark. However, we would like to take this opportunity to comment on some of the claims made in your review. Management has not changed since 2018 and our team is committed to serving our... residents and the community to the best of our ability. As you mentioned, our grounds are heavily wooded and maintained regularly, including a landscaping overhaul last year and plans for another later this year, adding peaceful serenity for our residents to enjoy. This can result in the presence of wildlife, but our team does its best to address this by scheduling increased, upcoming pest control treatments. Water prices are set by the city of Atlanta and evictions, like in all communities, are only carried out when necessary with no recent increase in frequency as you mentioned. Our gates are currently fully operational and open during office hours. Our property may be an older one, built in 1982, which does mean that bathrooms were not built with exhaust fans, but our team is dedicated to keeping our homes in great condition. We take reports of mold seriously and we are pleased to state that every instance reported to us has been resolved. That being said, the satisfaction of our residents is of the utmost importance to our team. We would like to mention that water rates are determined by the city of Atlanta and our team has sent numerous communications in regard to recent spikes. This was a... result of a temporary estimation issued by the city until they were able to repair their meter and receive an exact reading. We can assure you that the upkeep of our grounds and homes is a top priority for our team and we regret if you feel that this has not been more evident during your time here. However, we have had no reports of trees falling on cars. We are unaware of any issues with our community pool as it has passed inspection and is available for our residents to enjoy.
