Observations from a resident who just renewed their lease:
We were out of power for 14 days. FOURTEEN DAYS. I work from home, and being without power, means that I can't earn a paycheck.
Additionally, the property manager failed to tell us about a "scheduled" power outage to repair the wiring from the original outage. She didn't even apologize when I let her know that I was in the middle of a video conference call when the power went out. She showed no feeling, no interest, enthusiasm, or... concern. Didn't even apologize for not giving us a head's up.
There's another outage this week (10/12/2021) for repair between 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. Good luck working from home with this crowd.
I wouldn't send any of my friends here, and I hope whoever is reading this will find something better.
