Terrible I’m here out of current convenience. I had to reach out in contact y’all in regards to my lease renewal. Secondly, it was never made aware that the renters insurance policy requirements have changed so I submitted everything in over a month ago just to turn around and find out that that’s no longer up to your knees or standards. Lastly, your maintenance man are constantly trying to flirt with me as opposed to just doing their work. The staffing and the communication is just very... unprofessional and I’m starting to believe I now live in the ghetto Lee mas

Ceiling leaked for months. Was told in order for them to fix the garbage disposal they would have to replace all plumbing in the building. Roach infested and valet trash is not dependable but you aren’t able to opt out of it. This has been my worst experience as a first time renter.

I’ve been dealing with mold in my apartment for almost a year. They have switched management and both times I’ve been lied to and have to keep calling them just for them to send someone out to scrap the mold off the ceiling but not fix the problem. The mold keeps growing back and management does not seem to care

I would like to first start by saying Chris is very amazing. This is my first apartment and he was very patient and helpful with getting me through this process. The apartment was nice as soon as I seen it and any problems were fixed right away. The trash gets taken from your front door so it’s less of a hassle to go to the dumpster. And it’s such a quiet area and peaceful even on the weekends. I love this space !
