Buyer Beware!
Move-in was simple; Mia was great & has been great all along. However, this complex is not maintained well, they charge a community fee, yet the grounds are dirty, and the breezeway are not lit up & are dirty. The pool & bbq area had issues last summer, and residents also had to use the rosewood pool. Yes, the gym is now 24 hours, but the pool was open maybe 1 month this season.
You will rarely find someone in the leasing office & sometimes have to go to Rosewood to talk to someone.
Instead of... improving with the units' upgrades, the complex & management are falling apart.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are so glad your move-in was a breeze and your experience with our leasing agent, Mia, has been a positive one. We would like the opportunity to address each of your concerns, starting with your comments... regarding the grounds and breezeway lights. We do have an on-site maintenance staff that picks up the grounds each morning to keep the areas free from trash and debris. We also have an on-site courtesy officer who completes nightly breezeway light checks to ensure there is appropriate lighting throughout the community. If you're seeing a specific area where the grounds are dirty and/or the breezeway lights are not working, please reach out to us ASAP so we can correct these concerns. The pool area is closed right now for the season, but we do intend on opening the pool this year on Memorial Day and it will remain open through Labor Day, just like last year. Our leasing office is open from 9am-6pm Monday through Friday and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. If you need something and don't find someone in the office, they may either be on a lunch break, or our leasing efforts may be needed next door at Rosewood. If you give us a call, we always try our best to return your call within 24 hours. We would love if you could reach out to our Community Director to discuss these concerns further and work through some solutions directly.
