Be cautious
I had been a resident of Laurel Crossing since 07/30/21 upon moving in there were several issues with the apartment I noticed but decided to overlook such as the roach problem I took upon myself to resolve, 2 missing bathroom drawers that were never installed upon renovation of the apartment, a non-working fireplace that was installed during renovation, peeling bathtubs that look a mess, and lastly a broken mailbox that doesn’t close that has been that way going on a month now. I have... submitted multiple maintenance requests but have yet to have someone come out and fix any of those issues. I dislike the fact that I feel as if I have to beg to get things fixed. I find it interesting how they have workers out here working frequently on the outside of the buildings but have simple maintenance requests that can be easily resolved in a short amount of time. I like how quiet the community is, the office staff, and the location, but overall but to me it seems that the cons are starting to outweigh the pros. As much as I pay in rent I’d expect maintenance issues to be resolved in a timely manner. This is my first apartment and I am glad that I had the opportunity to live here but I will not be renewing my lease this upcoming July among others who have already moved out as I frequently see furniture at the dumpsters every month. I will be including pictures for those of you who’d like to have a look for yourself. Everyone’s experience is different but I just thought I’d share for those who’d like to hear from a current tenant.
