Quick response and solutions to maintenance was a huge factor when apartment searching. It shows me that management and maintenance take my concerns seriously and allows me to enjoy what I'm paying for without having to remember that I can't use something because it's not functioning appropriately.

I would recommend these apartments because they are spacious, the location is close to everything including the major highway and the rent is somewhat reasonable. I wouldn't recommend these apartments because the ground aren't kept up well, they have a lot of water bugs and spiders, maintenance requests weren't responded quickly enough, the utilities are high for the quality of the apartment and doesn't include a washer and dryer. This makes the apartment rent a lot higher. Also, residents... have to pay a separate water bill which adds on to the additional charges.
