Low Standards
So far I’ve been living here for an almost a year and let’s just say I can’t wait until my lease is up in April. My heater has not been properly working for a whole month. When maintenance did come by my unit it’s an excuse every time. They’ll also clear your work orders and not step a foot in your unit. Code enforcement was no help either and just useless. In the beginning the team was very responsive but now since they’re under new management you have to call 10+ before somebody answers the... phone. They gave me a portable heater that knocks my power out everyday. I’m an Amazon driver I’m outside in the cold all day. I would like to come in to a warm unit. There’s also water damage that of course wasn’t fixed.
