Coventry Court Townhomes

I would first like to say thank you for sending me an email reminding me to leave you guys a review. I had almost moved on with my life... Here it goes:

We lived here for 3 years and moved out in February 2024. They asked why I moved out in their fun little survey and here was my response:

I brought up the lack of communication and was told over and over (gaslighted) that communication would happen digitally/online, but nothing was ever communicated from management on their end. None of the... tickets we opened were ever closed out. No notes on the ticket. Every apartment I have ever resided in has had some mode of communication when it comes to maintenance issues, but we had no idea if anyone had entered our apartment and whether or not the issue had been addressed or required more visits to fix.

We had mold in our kitchen that they eventually came to fix but all they did was slap plaster over it, leaving a huge mess in the kitchen when they left. Oh yeah, and then when we moved out you charged us $55 because you had to clean the range oven? HA! You don't even remember when you guys put that NASTY oven in my apartment. Our oven had stopped working and the oven you guys put in was coated in grease and looked like it had been in storage for years. We DID CLEAN THAT OVEN before we left and left it in better condition than what it was given to us. Maybe it wasn't Commercial kitchen ready, but that oven shouldn't even be in that apartment. Don't act like you guys aren't going to rip out all those appliances and flooring and replace everything so you can jack up the rent and consider it a "luxury townhome". Give me a break!

I have recently purchased a home that will start a new chapter for me BUT I could not leave Coventry Court without praising my stay there. The entire staff is AMAZING!!!!!! The office staff and Maintenance staff always addressed concerns or any issues in a timely manner. Coventry Court has been my home for the past 7 years and I would choose Coventry Court Townhomes all over again!!! The comfort of home, clean outdoor atmosphere and a well-maintained swimming pool in the summer months. I have... loved the last 7 years and I will definitely miss CCT and the entire staff. Thank you CCT for being part of my family for the last 7 years!!! If you are ilooking for a new place to call home, I encourage you to check out Coventry Court Townhomes.

We loved living here! The neighbors are nice and friendly, the groundskeepers work hard to keep the community looking nice, and the apartment is quite spacious! The ladies in the office are super friendly and helpful too! Highly recommend!

After living here for 3 years, I can honestly say this is the first apartment that has felt like a home. The complex is always quiet, the grounds are well-kept, and the community makes it feel more like a neighborhood than an apartment complex. Maintenance is always prompt, and the office staff is always very kind and helpful! It has gotten a little expensive, but all of the amenities make it worth it!

I lived at Coventry Court Townhomes for several years and at two different locations. The location was perfect right next to Foster Park and with easy access to the walking trail. etc. I always found the neighbors to be very friendly and respectful too. And the front office staff and maintenance crew couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating when needed. Highly recommended!
