Highly Recommend Eastgate Apartments

Great place to live and raise kids! I raised my son age 8 to now, he is 26 years old and is renting here now. My father lived here 2000-2006, until he passed away. He liked it here as well!
The new manager, Monica, and the maintenance guy, Jordan, are wonderful people to deal with and good on getting what needs to be taken care of in a timely manner.
I highly recommend anyone to check out or move to Eastgate Apartments!

Happy to call this place home :)

My partner and I moved into our apartment in late June and we've been thoroughly enjoying our time here. The apartment offers ample space at an affordable rate, but what truly stands out for us is the sense of care from the management team. We are immensely appreciative of Monica and her dedicated efforts in maintaining the functionality and appeal of these apartments. It's evident that the management invests considerable effort in ensuring the place remains secure, tidy, and visually pleasing.... We also greatly value their excellent communication and responsiveness.

Rent elsewhere if you like sleep.

These apartments are the loudest I have ever lived in. The neighbors are loud inside and out. Parents will let their kids run around screaming both inside and outside. The apartments are dirty, there is trash everywhere in the parking lots. They also won’t do any maintenance or respond to noise complaints. The area is also not the safest.
