1106 Gillock Ave Apartamentos

Although I live in a small town an hour away from the nearest movie theater or shopping mall, my backyard is a State Park! The complex is called Riverhill Luxury Apartments. The Hill part is General Butler State Park, which is more like a small mountain, right off of my back porch, full of walking trails and other recreational activities. For the River part, I am minutes from the Ohio River which is gorgeous and there are always festivals, fireworks, and such every time you turn around.

But... enough about the location, let me tell you about the Luxury part. This spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath apt is bigger than my last house. The kitchen has a wrap around counter that is open to the dining area and living room. There is a secluded back porch for watching deer cruise by and a side porch for hanging out with friends on the street side. Both have glass doors with privacy shades for those times when you just want to sit in your PJs and peek out.

Can we talk closets? Laundry closet with space for washer/dryer and room for storing cleaning supplies, coat closet, utility closet, linen closet, each of the three bedrooms have their own closet, but the master bedroom closet is almost a 4th bedroom, so there's that. Wait I lost count, was that 6 or 7? Anyway,...

The management team is great! They run several apartments in the area, so have the staff to handle most anything. Maintenance is very responsive and professional. They even check by periodically to make sure everything is okay. The outside is extremely well lit at night and we are only a few blocks from the police station and the Hospital, so no worries there. Oh, you also get a designated covered area to park your car, for those of you who pamper your vehicle.

All in all, simply the best living experience I have had in my 50 years, sorry mom. Wouldn't you like to be my neighbor? Lee mas
