There rude and disrespectful and police is here almost every day and people are disrespectful to you and treat you poorly very mis managed place to live
I've been living here a year and nothing get done on timely manner and been without air for a year

Office mgmt. rude harrassing and very unprofessional. Maintainence is not done in a timely manner. There are rats, mice, and roaches. Fire trucks and police are called on a average of once a week. Water is cut off average once a week with less than 24 hour notice if at all or there is only cold water. Sometimes the water looks questionable and if something dies in the ceiling, (a rat) maggots,flies, and smell through the vents. There are no amneties... oh a nasty laundry room that may take your... money or mess up your clothes. They want to have access to your apartment whenever. If and when they give notice they are a "no show." There are some people that allow there dogs to run loose and poop anywhere without cleaning up behind them. There is nowhere for children to play safely and with the dog poop situation the opportunity for ringworm is very high. Do what you gotta do to get a roof over you head (hopefully water wont come pouring down on you or ceiling tile wont come crashing on your head) just wouldn't be a first choice. Lee mas
