I was never contacted after submitting online application

I submitted an online application on June 24, 2024 after receiving a quote explaining I had until June 26th to lease the apartment. Someone named Avis phoned me while I was in the process of completing the app and informed me that once the screening process was completed she would call me with further details. I never received that call. I paid a $55 non-refundable app fee in which I received an email receipt, but no other form of contact has been made. The star rating I'm giving isn't in... regards to the property, but of the professionalism of the leasing staff. I should have received a call saying yea or nay.

office Staff

The office staff is great go over and beyond to assist me! The property manager is always greeting me when I come into the leasing office.

Awesome Management!!!!!!

Loved the property! Managment and office staff were very helpful and informative. Derrick the property manager was very friendly and helpful. Most professional experience I have had in awhile. I will be referring family and friends.

Great Staff!

The property manager Derrick is very friendly and professional. When I went into the office for a tour, the staff was on point and hands on with assisting me. They were very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions as they were asked. Great staff!!!
