Unfortunately, my experience was lackluster. To name a few and to keep it short; The leasing agents and managers would talk about residents in their office. Not knowing there voices carried into the hall….
Delivery packages were left “attended to” OUTSIDE of the package lockers- multiple times. Especially around the holidays. No warning from management. My car was ransacked twice. The key fob systems were down for a week. All the doors were open to left in residents, employees….and vagrants.... Employees smell like smoke. Don’t you just love it when you ask an office member a question and, every-time, you open your mouth your taste their smoke?
My balcony kept leaking (a problem with all of them), If you can’t get with a manger - don’t bother asking any one else. They don’t know or act like they know and it ends up creating a bigger issue in the end.
