Poor maintenance and inattentive management
Interior of apartment buildings regularly stink like cigarettes and weed. Complaints to management fall of deaf ears. We had no hot water for around two and a half months. Managements response was "we're going to fix it". I had a light switch broken in my bathroom when I first moved in which controlled the fan and light, it took maintenance three months to fix this. There's currently mold in my bedroom and bathroom growing. I've been cleaning it and contacted maintenance about it coming back, no... response at all, it's probably in the walls. Walls are paper thin and washer and dryers are regularly broken. You get the gist, this place is a pit
