Don’t Waste Your Money!
After living there for almost a year I could not wait to escape. I was locked into a 1 year lease and the entire time I dealt with bug problems they couldn’t solve, loud aggressive dogs above me, dog poop ALL around the property including the entire dog park, and poor management and disconnect between the leasing office and the community ownership. It was so bad that I tried to get out a month early. the leasing office manager said he found someone to re-lease my apartment to so I wouldn’t have... to pay extra. I find out 2 weeks AFTER the person was supposed to move in that they didn’t and I’m going to pay that month. The way I found out was I popped in and had to corner him because I wanted to close my account. Terrible Terrible Terrible.

Any concerns expressed or that may have been previously... missed, we would certainly take the time to address. All residents can request a pest control treatment in their resident portal. Our staff send frequent reminder emails to our residents to please pick up after their pets. Our maintenance team will walk the property to pick up dog waste but this is the responsibility of each pet owner.
