I’ve lived here for 4yrs since 2015 and like someone commented in their review- it’s a perfect hidden gem. I lived in Towson before moving here and the apt I lived in was mice infested, weed smelling in the hallway, mold in the bathroom walls and basically falling apart. So to come here and have none of that is total peace of mind and a sigh of relief. The maintenance is excellent- call and within 24hrs they are there to help; the environment is clean and peaceful. My siblings and friends come... around and park their cars without any issue- plenty of parking space. Trash is taken out promptly, they clean the hallways during the week, no foul smell in the hallways (Thank God- I almost died of suffocation in my previous apt). It’s an exceptional place to live in Baltimore. I love the fun activities they hold for residents and the pool is very well maintained. One thing I’ll say though is that it is slightly higher in price than surrounding apartments but I’m guessing the quality speaks for itself compared to the cheaper apartments around. I definitely love living here and totally enjoying my peace of mind :-) Lee mas

My husband and i went apartment hunting and I made an appointment with one of the staff members on the property (James). After setting the appointment, later in the week we cane to see the property as scheduled. Due to windy day we didn’t notice until we arrived the sign on the door had came off saying that they would be back at 3:15 but our appointment was for 3:00pm. Upon heading back to the car a member of the maintenance team finally came out to tell us that they were not aware of us having... an appointment and that James wasn’t there. After asking could someone else show us and we weren’t given any response they told us that once James arrived we would give you a call and no one ever called us back that day nor did anyone extend an apology for wasting our time! This sent up a red flag that we probably wouldn’t have a great stay at Kenilworth Lee mas

I love it here at Kenilworth Hazelwood. Customer service is the best at the leasing desk. Everyone really does their job well here.

I have been a resident of this apartment complex for almost 4 years and this apartment complex is awesome. Management and staff are great and pleasant. Maintenance is prompt and courteous. They also get the job done. If you have a problem in your apartment, it is taken care of within the 24 hours that you reported it. The community is pleasant and quiet. The grounds and landscaping are kept up very well. Management works with you if you run into problems. They even host events for the residents... throughout the year and keep us posted on what is going on throughout the year. For the most part, the complex feels pretty safe and secure. Pricing is reasonable as well. I would recommend these apartments. Lee mas
