Me and my family just moved from there a few months ago... they have horrible service in fixing things, they have mice problems like crazy, the bed bugs is the worst. We ask for the exterminator list every month and nothing happens, the apartment are to small the neighborhood isn't to bad... but the service suck?

This apartment was a back up plan. Me and my family have had it very hard these past months. We ended up in this particular building where its no space for what we pay. Maintenance is never on time and most of the fixing we end up doing ourselves. Its all we could afford right now so we have to deal with it. My mother is doing the best she can but i would hate to see her struggle. Sometimes i dont even stay home because of the space for us all and it gets uncomfortable. The airconditioners are... horrible you can see outside around the perimeter of it and ants just make there way in. The neighbors blast music for days so we can't get any sleep after long days of work. Racoons are always out pulling trash out of the dumpsters that lay on the ground for days before anyone cleans it.

I rent an apartment in a duplex home where it takes quite a while to get things fixed if they break down or just due to wear and tear. A little while after I moved in the roof stared leaking whenever it rained heavily and it got worse as time went by. The land lord kept coming and looking at it and said will put a new roof for us. That took at least two years. Also we needed a new door for the last three years and we've yet to see that happen. This is my fifth year and now I am looking for a new... place. My landlord is good natured but slow in fixing things.
