I currently live at Arrived Crofton Apartments and have had a positive experience so far. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and welcoming. The staff is professional and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. The property is clean, and the location is very convenient with easy access to shopping and major routes. I believe I have found my dream place. Community is quiet but very friendly. The amenities are to die for. The gym, the pool, the concierge trash service. By far the best place I have stayed in.

Rental office staff is great they go above and beyond to make sure expectations are met. Maintenance answers request in a timely manner. Neighborhood very quiet and clean. Overall very satisfied with Arrive Crofton

Living at Arrive Crofton has been a wonderful experience so far. The community is peaceful, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful — it’s a great place to come home to after a long day. Quiet community feels like I’m living in nature. Parking is plentiful even if not in front of my building it doesn’t seem far to walk from further spaces. Leasing office team is A1 in customer service, glad to make Arrive my home!
