I enjoy the aesthetics and environment of the apartment which gives it two stars.

The lack of three stars is due to three things: Neighbors are loud during quiet hours (10pm), People don’t know how to pick up after their dogs, Getting into the mailroom for big boxes is limited by staff office hours, lunch breaks, or tour breaks.
