Community Ammenities includes courtyard with design enhancement in the works to renovate and add lounge furniture, fire pit and outdoor grill kitchen. We also have a fitness center and remodeling a space for a shared Clubhouse where our Residents... can enjoy the outdoor courtyard space to entertain guests and have social gatherings. Our community upgrades continue to the apartment homes where we have installed all new stainless steel appliances, new cabintry, vinyl wood flooring throughout with carpet in the bedrooms, new light fixtures and bathroom fixtures. There is plenty of parking at Glen Burnie Town with a covered garage area that is controlled gate access and our buildings are secured access as well.
