Still a decent place to live. Maintenance responds in reasonable amount of time to issues. the leasing office for the most part is pleasant and responsive to emails and phone calls.
Our new recycling program is inconvenient, though. The blue dumpsters are located only in one location in the complex, so it makes it difficult to recycle. I have to drive my stuff over there .And since the community center has been renovated, you cannot host gatherings there. So while it looks nice, its wasted... space if it can't be used. I don't know about you, but i don't know who is going to leave the comfort of their living room to go watch TV at the community center by themselves. The pool was only open Thursday thru Sunday while school was out. The gym area needs some space where you can do yoga or stretch without being in the way of the machines.
