Mice Issues

I have been living here for 6 years and never had a problem until now. There are mice issues and the management team are not working to correct the problem in a timely manner. The management team lack qualification skills to be in management. Communication and resolving any maintenance issues are at its lowest.

Station Square

I have been living here for over 4 years now and am very pleased with the new management. They are currently renovating the apartments and are very helpful with everything that you need assistance with. The apartments are huge and the staff are very friendly

Station Square Apartments

My apartment complex is in an excellent location for all commuters who work both in the city and surrounding areas. The rent is reasonable for the location. The apartments are large in size and are extremely clean. The management has been upgrading the apartments in order to bring in new residents in as well. They have been building an key pad gate as well as a state of the art recreational center! If you are looking for an apartment right outside of Washington D.C. that has a bus route, grocery... store, restaurants and highway near, this is it!

conveniently nice

Its a fairly quiet community and very conveniently located right across the street from the metro station. Nice sized master bedroom and utilities included all at a fair price!

The Worst

I moved on this property in February and in March it was brought by Greystar. The property is the worst and so is the management company. There is a lot of drug activity on the property. The maintenance staff does no work so pray that you never need anything fix. I heard they are renovating but guess who will not be sticking around to see the finish product or for them to raise my rent. DO NOT LIVE HERE
